Jati belum dapat mengidentifikasi satu kantong jenazah berisi potongan
tubuh diduga korban kecelakaan Sriwijaya Air SJ 182, yang jatuh di
perairan Kepulauan Seribu.
Komandan Disaster Victim Indentification (DVI) RS Polri Kramat Jati
Hery Wijatmoko mengatakan pihaknya masih mengumpulkan kelengkapan data
pihak keluarga untuk proses identifikasi.
"Sementara belum (bisa diidentifikasi). Kami konsentrasi, tetap on going. Pekerjaan ante mortem
jalan, dan di Pontianak jalan. Kemudian, dari fase pertama, TKP (tempat
kejadian perkara) juga jalan," kata Hery dalam konferensi pers di RS
Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur (10/1).
Pada fase pertama, kata Hery, tim DVI bersama Basarnas hingga TNI-Polri mencari bagian tubuh pesawat hingga jenazah korban.
Kemudian pada fase kedua, dilakukan pencarian data-data lain terkait
penumpang melalui pihak keluarga lewat posko ante mortem. Data ini akan
membantu proses identifikasi primer atas jenazah korban.
Tim DVI sendiri telah mendirikan tiga posko ante mortem di tiga
tempat yakni RS Polri Kramat Jati, Tanjung Priok dan Bandara Supandio
Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.
"Premier identify, itu meliputi tiga hal yang pertama adalah
DNA, yang kedua sidik jari, yang ketiga adalah data gigi atau
ortodologi data. Itu adalah primer apabila salah satu atau dua-duanya
atau tiga-tiganya match, berarti dia akan teridentifikasi," ujarnya.
Hery mengatakan setelah itu ada fase post mortem yang dilakukan di RS Kramat Jati. Pihaknya pun telah menyiapkan ahli forensik.
Setelah fase kedua dan keempat dilakukan, data untuk proses
identifikasi akan semakin lengkap. Selain identifikasi primer, dapat
pula dilakukan proses identifikasi sekunder yang mencakup identifikasi
medis dan properti.
"Apabila yang ditemukan itu tidak available dengan data yang tadi (di-post), juga kita akan kesulitan melakukan identifikasi," ujarnya.
Pesawat Sriwijaya Air rute Jakarta-Pontianak dengan nomor penerbangan
SJ 182 hilang kontak sekitar pukul 14.40 WIB usai lepas landas dari
Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Pesawat diperkirakan jatuh di
antara Pulau Laki dan Pulau Lancang, Kepulauan Seribu, DKI Jakarta.
Pesawat tersebut membawa 50 orang penumpang dan 12 kru. Tim SAR
gabungan hingga kini masih terus melakukan pencarian. Sejauh ini, tim
gabungan telah menemukan puing-puing pesawat hingga pakaian diduga
miliki penumpang.
